Our meals are packed in special insulation packaging. If you opt for 17:00-22:30, you will receive it in biodegradable packaging. If you choose 8:00-17:00 delivery, you will receive it in an insulation bag. If you are not (sure if you are) home when the delivery person comes by, your package will be dropped off at your neighbors or a postal point. Also, the delivery person may choose to offer it the next day. What should I do with the insulation bag?<\/h2>\n

The insulation bag is made of recycled plastic, so you can throw it away with a good feeling. If you still want to recycle it, you can save them per 5 bags and return them in the box in which the last order was delivered. You will then receive a voucher worth \u20ac7.50 from us. Once the order is packed and shipped by us, you will receive an e-mail containing the track & trace code of your package. This allows you to track your package and see when it will be delivered. If you do not receive the email, it may be in your junk mail. Our meals can be stored frozen at -18\u00b0C in the freezer for 3 months. How do I prepare the meals?<\/h2>\n

You can heat the meals directly from the freezer in 5-6 minutes at 900watt. Heat in the pan for 10-12 minutes or in the oven at 220 \u00b0C<\/span>  for 20-25 minutes. Remove the foil before cooking.<\/p>\n

You can also choose to keep them in the fridge. In that case, warm up in 2-3 minutes at 900 watts. Heat in the pan for 6-9 minutes or in the oven at 220 \u00b0C<\/span>  for 15-20 minutes.
